The global economic crisis has caused Cuba to begin privatizing the national agricultural industry. Fallow land has been given to Cubans to own and cultivate, a move which could prove fatal to the Communist ideals that have been inculcated into the Cuban people for over 50 years.
The opening up of markets has proven destructive to Communist regimes in the past (e.g. Poland, Russia, Czechoslovakia). Are these the first steps to the opening of the flood gate? Have the flood gates of change been open already? What do you think?

El gobierno de Cuba acaba de promulgar una resolución que imposibilita
a TODOS los médicos y profesionales de la salud que haya salido de
cuba "como desertores" la posibilidad de revalidar o reconocimiento de
su título profesional.
La resolución Ministerial No. 1 del 2010 con fecha 8 de Enero del
2010 IMPOSIBILITA la obtención de documentación para poder ejercer la
profesión o incluso examinar los USMLE Steps.
Por favor, la diseminación de esta noticia y su conocimiento por
parte de la comunidad medico y nuestros legisladores es MUY importante
para poder vender este nuevo obstáculo de la tiranía en cuba.
